Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers in the UK have the right to cancel their online order and return goods for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the item(s), without needing to give a reason.

Returns Process

  • Packaging: Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging (where possible), unused, and in a resalable condition.
  • Return Address: We will provide our return address upon receiving your request. Please do not send items back without prior authorisation.
  • Return Shipping: Unless the item is faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the return postage costs. We advise using a tracked service for your own protection.

Refunds

• • Processing Refunds: Once your returned goods have been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Timeframe: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of our receipt of the returned item(s). Reimbursement will be made using your original payment method.
  • Original Delivery Costs: If you cancel your order within the 14-day cooling-off period, we will refund the original standard delivery charges. Supplementary costs for express/priority shipping are non-refundable.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

Exclusions and Non-Returnable Items

Some items are exempt from being returned or refunded under UK law, including but not limited to:

Gifts and Gift Returns

If you received a gift purchased from Art of The Jurassic Coast and wish to return it, the refund will be made to the original purchaser. Alternatively, we can offer an exchange or gift credit to the recipient, provided the item is eligible for return under our policy.
